Shah Hussain, a Rohingya refugee residing in Kampung Rantau Panjang Klang, faced significant hardship following an eye surgery that left him unable to work. His family, including his wife and their two young children endured a week without sufficient food.
A local NGO could only provide assistance to cover their rental expenses and thus sought additional support from us. In a state of desperation, Shah issued an urgent plea for help.
The Free Food Society responded promptly by giving much needed food aid. This timely assistance brought immense relief to Shah and his family.
