Free Food Society distributed 90 food bags to families in need at Pangsapuri Enggang, Bandar Kinrara, Puchong on Aug 22. We collaborated once again with @the.amal.squad which meant that all recipients received both dry and wet groceries. the.Amal.Squad provided a whole chicken, fish, vegetables, onions, potatoes and fruits which complements Free Food Society’s dry food packs comprising rice, eggs, bihun, sardines, sugar and flour. The distribution list came from the Resident Association of Pangsapuri Enggang who also helped to distribute both the dry and wet groceries to the nominated recipients. While the supplies may not last too long, we hope our contribution to the community will help to partly alleviate their current sufferings due to Covid and loss of income.
