The concerned teachers at Sekolah Kebangsaan Sungai Pelong, Sungai Buluh had set up a Food Bank “Gerobok Rezeki” at the school where 80% of the students are B40 to help their families during these hard times. Supplies always run low at the Food Bank with the continued lockdown. When @jayagrocer came on as a sponsor, Free Food Society decided to channel provisions for 100 families to the school where they could distribute either in the form of individual food bags as Bantuan Bersasar (Targetted distribution) or place them in the Food Bank to help more families. This is our second distribution to the school. Our first distribution was 50 food bags under their Targetted Distribution programme.
