FFS did a cooking project with BAC and Reliance College which is also part of the BAC group. The project was sponsored by Massimo Bread. 18 women from PPR Desa Rejang attended. The chefs taught them some food safety and demonstrated 5 menu items using ingredients from Massimo. The ladies were also taught how to add value to simple food like French toast in order to be able to sell them at higher prices. It was a nice event.
