A convoy from Volunteers Unite & 4WD Komuniti Amal drove to Mersing and Segamat carrying groceries and daily essentials for 300 families, including 300 sets of much needed toiletries from Free Food Society. These items went to assist local fishing communities and remote villages.
200 sets went to Segamat and the remaining 100 to Mersing. The items were dropped off to two PiCs who distributed to their respective villages immediately.
The community specifically requested for help with toiletries and no sponsors were keen until FFS at the last minute.
